How the ShoulderSphere Works

The ShoulderSphere is a unique exercise device that is used to strengthen the muscles of the rotator cuff for maintaining shoulder strength and preventing future injuries. The ShoulderSphere uses rotational and multidirectional movements to help strengthen the shoulder and rotator cuff muscles. Exercise device is simply attached to the wrist using a contoured splint that helps to immobilizes the wrist. Once attached there is a small ball inside the sphere, the goal when using the ShoulderSphere is to maintain a smooth spin of the ball without the ball bouncing around in the sphere. Using the shoulder sphere isolates the rotator cuff muscles but will not properly strengthen them if the ball is bouncing around in the sphere. The goal is to maintain a smooth and efficient spin of the ball for the most effective workout that activates and strengthens all the rotator cuff muscles. By using the ShoulderSphere the overall strength and endurance of the shoulder will improve for a stronger and more durable shoulder.

ShoulderSphere Coaching Rings

The ShoulderSphere Coaching Rings is a set of rings designed to challenge the shoulder during training or rehabilitation when using the ShoulderSphere. The rings are attached to a vertical tripod, the blue ring measures 9-½ inches in diameter and the purple ring measures 12 inches in diameter. The rings are designed to provide an element of difficulty when using the ShoulderSphere by providing a more focused training for stability strengthening. The goal is to dynamically move the arm while spinning the ball through the rings, maintaining a smooth rotation of the ball. The purple ring is recommended for entry level and the blue ring provides a challenge!
