MyOnyx 4-Channel SEMG and ESTIM T9000

MyOnyx Biofeedback Unit is a portable, user-friendly, four-channel device for SEMG Biofeedback and electrical muscle stimulation (ESTIM) with state-of-the-art, easy-to-use smart app wireless control and unprecedented flexibility and customizability. Used in standalone mode, the MyOnx functions as a portable, powerful neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) device with super quick access to pre-loaded and user created protocols. Use up to 4 channels of up to 100mA each, with 1 or 2 patients (separate programs can be run at the same time). Pair to a smart tablet and the included MyOnyx app, for wireless, beautiful, full-screen display and control, and full access to a wide array of SEMG Biofeedback and ESTIM options via a user-friendly interface. Pair to a PC and the Biograph Software, purchased separately, for high level biofeedback functionality (full RAW signal) and customizability (create and define your own screens, protocols and reports, use custom videos, images and sounds).

MyOnyx Consists of 3 Unique Operation Modes

SEMG monitors for a patient’s electrical activity in the muscles and displays the information using a wide variety of display, audio, and tactile options to teach the patient control and training as well as keep the patient entertained and engaged. ESTIM uses the powerful 4 channels of electrostimulation for weak injured or overused muscle training, recovery, blood circulation facilitation and pelvic floor training. Use the preloaded protocols or create your own with complete control of waveform, modulation and timing variables. ETS (EMG Triggered Stimulation) combine SEMG biofeedback and ESTIM to promote neuroplasticity and regain muscle control. By autonomously generating sufficient effort and reaching a desired threshold, the patient gets ‘rewarded’ with an ESTIM current, facilitating the completion of the action, serving as a powerful teaching tool for neural reconnections.

Biograph Infiniti Software with Extended Upgrade

With the MyOnyx extended upgrade, the MyOnyx system allows the user to use the Biograph Infiniti software to control, run, save and report sessions, wirelessly, using a PC. Thought Technology’s Biograph Infiniti Software is an established powerful modular Biofeedback software, offering expert tools and advanced operation and functionality, used with many of Thought Technology’s Hardware systems. Using the Myonyx via a PC with the Biograph Infiniti Software provides: access to the complete Raw SEMG signal data (over 2048Hz) and high-level manipulation of it using FFT and other calculations, more detailed patient files and reporting options, high customizability, and the option to control up to four connected devices at once. The Biograph Infiniti Software does not control Electrostimulation or ETS. The device may still be operated as standalone for Electrostimulation and with the MyOnyx mobile app for full features and functionality.

MyOnyx Rehab Suite and Developer Tools

The MyOnyx Rehab Suite includes a large number of preloaded screens with additional feedback options, in an easy to use structure of quickstarts. This gives the user access to some of the most used and liked Feedback options and features. However, the true power of the Biograph Infiniti software lies within its customizability and ability to create highly specific and dedicated protocols and screens, using the developer tools.
