Another option is a white foam rubber rolls that can be wrapped in a spiral pattern around extremities for pressure distribution. A large orange sheet is also available and can be cut into any shape or size that is needed. Rolls and sheets can easily cut to any shape or size. Be sure to bevel the edges when cutting to avoid pressure sores.

Komprex rubber is a medical grade closed cell foam. It’s skin friendly, made of 100% synthetic latex. The padding is air and moisture permeable for comfort. The soft, closed cell foam can be reused and is sterilizable by steam up to 250° F (121° C). It is available in ready-to-use shapes and rolls.
