Homecraft Self-Propelled Shower Commode Chair provides optimal support and mobility for users with general weakness, limited mobility or physical impairments. It can be used over a standard toilet or used as a free-standing commode with the optional bedpan or bucket. Constructed from a lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum frame, the chair features padded armrests that can be lifted up to facilitate side transfers in and out of the chair.

Features Swing-Away Footrests and Armrests

The open front enables easier access to intimate areas during hygiene tasks, while the closed front provides additional support for the user’s legs over the entire width of the seat. The footrests can also be lifted into the upright position when not in use to allow safe usage. Lockable castors provide maximum mobility even on slippery and wet surfaces.

Comfortably Fits Over Most Standard Toilets

The handle at the rear of the frame allows the user to be pushed to and from the bathroom or toilet by a caregiver. With a weight capacity of 225 lbs, the shower chair has overall dimensions 40” H x 27” W x 43 ¾" (without footrests – 33") D. Under the seat clearance measures 18 ½" with front wheel diameter measuring %” and rear self-propelling wheel diameter at 24”.
