These hand therapy balls are designed to help rehabilitate and exercise the wrist, hand, fingers, and forearms from injuries and disorders. The exercise balls provide a stronger level of resistance and can help build strength, increase range of motion and relieve pressure on arthritic joints. To help relieve stress, the user is encouraged to repeatedly squeeze the ball to allow the tension to dissipate.

Five Color-Coded Levels of Resistance

The hand therapy balls are available in different colors that represent five levels of resistance. These resistance levels include: Pink (Extra Soft), Purple (Soft), Green (Medium), Orange (Firm) and Black (Extra Firm). Measuring 1-¾” in diameter, the balls can be bought individually, or as a set of 5. The progressive levels of resistance allows the difficulty of each workout to be gradually increased as the hand strength and grip improves.

Heated or Frozen for Optimum Versatility

Each hand therapy ball is made with a soft rubber design for increased grip and durability. The exercise balls are often utilized in rehabilitation centers, clinics, hospitals, sport medicine facilities, and at home. To enhance the therapeutic experience, the balls can be either heated or frozen in helping to relieve pressure on arthritic joints or reduce inflammation.
