Forma-Splint 1600 Series Splint Pans

Manufactured completely out of stainless steel, the SP-1600 Series Splint Pans are capable of handling the largest splinting material sizes in the industry. With interior dimensions of 22"D x 26"W x 5"H and exterior dimensions of 24-5/8"D x 33-1/2"W x 8"H, these pans facilitate sizes up through and including a head, neck and shoulder splint. Each water bath features a hinged lid opening in four positions. This design is ideal when the unit is placed on a counter and under overhead cabinets.

Available in Four Model Options

SP-1600 Series is MET Lab listed and available in four model options: Digital, Analog, Digital - 220V and Analog - 220V. The digital series feature a digital PID-display for controlling and viewing of the water temperature within +/- 2 degrees. The analog series has a manual adjustable thermostat that can be set to meet any thermoplastic material specifications. All SP-1600 models feature an illuminated ON-OFF power switch and a water-resistant temperature controller conveniently located at the front of the appliance.

Effectively Forms Splints for a Customized Fit

SP-1600 Series effectively forms splints for a customized fit, ideal for hand therapy, oncology, and occupational therapy. These water baths are a water tank capable of heating water within a set temperature range of 113oF (45oC) to 200oF (93oC). The units are intended and designed to heat and soften thermoplastic splinting material at a user-entered set water temperature.
