Created with 8 adjustable chambers, the cushion allows air cells to be added or removed based on user preference. To provide maximum healing at any wound stage, the cushion has dedicated chambers for I.T. bony prominence's that can be partially or fully loaded. For loading the greater Trochanters or lateral pelvic asymmetries, there are rear lateral chambers within the cushion. With the four front chambers, they can be adjusted to handle leg length discrepancies, seat to floor height variances, increasing heel contact for foot propellers, and altering the anti-thrust characteristics for better pelvic positioning.
