The Shoulder Rehab Kit has a 4' yellow exercise band, shoulder pulley, and a 2 oz. Cold Spot spray. The Lower Body Kit includes 4' blue exercise band, a pair of adjustable handles, loop stirrup, and a door disc anchor. The Lower Back Kit has a 4' red tubing with handles, door anchor, and 2 oz.
