Adaptive Recumbent Stepper Cross Trainer

PhysioStep Pro combines a smooth, linear stepping motion with the benefits of a total body workout all while in a comfortable seated position. The recumbent stepper makes it easier for patients to maintain an effective workout for a longer period of time while simultaneously maximizing their results. This adaptive exercise equipment features an oversized 20” wide swivel seat for less strenuous on-and-off transfers. The PhysioStep Pro also offers a stabilization accessories kit which secures patients’ legs, hands, and torso with optional bi-lateral leg stabilizers, grip gloves, and retractable seat belt.

Low Impact Total Body Workout

With unique arm-to-leg motion, patients can perform a variety of low impact, total body workouts. The ergonomic design enhances overall comfort, while being gentle on the joints for those with physical limitations or recovering from an injury. For focused rehabilitation, the user can isolate the operation of the unit to the left or right side. Simply by moving the seat and handlebar lengths, the degree of knee and hip flexion can be adjusted to fit specific users’ needs. The seat handles are also designed to monitor heart rate during exercise.

Offers 18 Different Workout Programs

Patients have the option to choose between 18 different workout programs including target, variable, and constant workload. The recumbent stepper cross trainer tracks progress by exporting workout data via USB. The USB Workout Function records important peaks and averages of workout feedback including WATTs and METs. The color-coded 9” console helps individuals stay motivated during workouts in a clear and easy-to-read format.
