Hapla Fleecy Web is an extremely soft self-adhesive padding with a slightly raised felt surface. It feels like a slightly padded, softer Moleskin with a 2-way stretch, to make it more conforming. This is ideal for padding bony prominences and around the thumb area of a splint.
