The FittBALL Balance Pods are fun balance training tools. They can be arranged in patterns on the floor and users can balance from pod to pod. Difficulty can be increased or decreased based on the side of the pod used. Place the flat side down for less challenging balance exercises and rounded side down for more of a challenge. They can be used at home or in a clinical setting.
