I bought this thinking it was the oral probe and well, but I only received the well. The picture is of the probe and well, so naturally I thought I was buying them both together. The description has both items written in the title of the product also, so I was surprised when I only received the well. Customer service wasn't terribly polite in their email to me when I asked why I didn't receive the probe (thinking that's what I was buying), and then they ignored my response email when I requested a refund/return. They told me it was "clearly written in the description" that it's for the well only, but it also says "oral probe" in the description. I have tried calling customer service several times, and no one ever answers. I've also left a voicemail for a call back, and no one has contacted me. I have a medically complex child and need various medical supplies constantly. I'm stuck with a $50 piece of plastic I don't need, and I had to buy the probe from another website. I'll never buy something from this company again.
