• The prongs overlap, providing a strong hold on the tissue, but are also traumatic to tissue
• Sklar Blue™ electrosurgical instruments have an insulated coating to prevent radio frequency currents from being transmitted through the instrument - thereby reducing burning of non-targeted tissues
• Sklar Blue instruments are fully autoclavable and may also be cleaned ultrasonically
