Head-Ends provides a unique method of skull immobilization that utilizes two 15lb weights on both ends of the skull. Fastened to the face of each weight is a vinyl covered, stain-resistant foam pad that is heat-sealed to prevent contamination. The foam pads contour to the face, securing the head preventing vertical movement off the table.
