I ordered this part over a month ago, which I understand you can't stock all the parts for everything. Your question says you fulfilled my order 14 days ago, yet I got it 3 days ago. The parts could have been sent USPS flat rate and I would have received them 12 days ago.
I got the parts I ordered, and they were exactly what I was looking for. As I recall, I didn't have any problems finding them on your website. I don't recall any shipping options, or I think I would have expedited the shipping. All in all, I got what I wanted, and fixed what was needed. I know how I would have approached this opportunity, but I can't see all the variable on your side of the equation. Ultimately I'm satisfied, not ecstatic. Or as my 10-year-old would say "meh"
