    Only got half of my order

    I ordered 2 items on 5/21… a couple of IV claves and a bottle of soap. I had to follow up on 6/2 because the order wasn’t shipped yet. It went out shortly after and I received the claves on 6/5. Never got the soap, but it says my order was fulfilled. I tried following up with customer service about the soap but got no answer. The claves are great though.
