Before you apply the FootFlexor you will want to attach the eyelet clips into the eyelets furthest down on the shoes. To apply center the FootFlexor directly above the heel of the shoe with the small tab oriented on the top right side of the brace. Next, wrap the left flap around the front of the leg and snugly close the top right tab onto the left flap. Finally, close the lower right tab around the lower part of the left flap. To add tension grab the tension cord ends and move to the front of the shoe for hooking up. When you hook the tension cords to the eyelets, crossing the tension cords is recommended.
